A bit about Me
My commercial background is as a software developer but I've always had an interest in security and from around 2005 I've been moving away from general software development and more into security related areas. I now work for RandomStorm, a penetration testing company based near Leeds, as Senior Security Engineer running the penetration testing team and developing new projects and tools.
I hold a GIAC GAWN gold certificate and GCIH silver. My gold paper was entitled "Programming wireless security" and took a developer through installing various tools to writing an application to automate the collection of a WPA 4 way handshake. I've done various other courses and certifications, probably the most recent is the Check Team Member exam.
My other passions include climbing, gym sessions, orienteering and martial arts, especially kobudo where I recently got my first dan.
